Original green printed wrappers designed by Phiz (H. K. Browne), partly worn, scribbling on upper wrapper to part I, some signatures on a few upper wrappers, some foxing and spotting, spines partly with small damages at head and foot. In a later light red cloth clamshell box, somewhat worn, spine faded.
